Onda water sports Turks and Caicos - Progression without punishmentI have tried learning to foil in other locations. The team at onda had great tips to get me more comfortable while up on foil. The lesson had boat support and bluetooth helmets which made all the difference. Ashton has clearly spent a lot of time studying his craft and is great at sharing his knowledge. I will be back again.Thank you 🙏

My wife and I had a great time doing a 2 hour wing foil lesson with Ashton. We had tried wing foiling a few times at another place in Provo but were looking for more hands-on instruction and are so glad we found Onda. His radio system connected to the helmet enables him to give coaching in real time which was a huge help in getting us up on the foil and not immediately falling off. By the end of the lesson we were both doing longer rides and learning to control the foil. He also did a great job matching us up with the right gear, including a bigger foil than we had used at the other place, which made getting up much easier. We are sad we only discovered Onda at the end of our trip but look forward to coming back next year. This sport is so fun but can be frustrating without the right instruction and we would highly recommend Ashton to anyone from a complete beginner onwards.

Had a great experience with Onda. Ashton was super personable and very experienced. I had some basic board and wing experience prior to the lesson but had never been on a foil board. Ashton got me feeling comfortable with the foil board by pulling me behind his boat and then we switched to the wing where I was able to start to transfer those learnings to start foiling with the wing. Ashton’s tips and guidance have me feeling confident to get out on my own to safely progress with the wing and foil and will save me hours of time struggling to learn on my own had I not taken the lesson. My wife also took her first kiteboarding lesson with Ashton. He got her flying the kite and taking the first steps to getting up on a board. Ashton helped build her confidence and she wants to continue learning to kite. I would highly recommend going with Onda for a kite or wing lesson.

Ashton is a great instructor. I was nervous as a first timer, but he progresses the lesson at the right pace to build skills without being overwhelming. In the end, the lesson was a ton a fun, felt very safe, and I was even able to get up on the board and ride a bit by the end. Thanks for the great experience- see you next time!

Ashton at Ondawater made learning wingfoiling easy. I was up on the foil and starting to cruise around on my second lesson. Turks and Caicos is probably the best and safest place in the world to learn. I’ll definitely be back 👌🤩👌.

I had a great week learning to wing foil with ONDA Water in Turks and Caicos! The location is picture postcard beautiful with clear shallow turquoise water and consistent wind. Ashton is a great instructor. He provided lots of well-timed tips that got me up and winging with a minimum of flailing (compared to my previous lesson elsewhere) so I had plenty of energy to devote to foiling — and when I needed a little more power to get up on the foil, Ashton there with a mid-water wing swap that did the trick! The boat support back upwind was great too! I’d highly recommend ONDA Water and Ashton and hope I can come back again to share his slice of paradise.

Exceptional! Ashton is a master at his passion. You can see it in his eyes how much he loves the ocean and watersports. His teaching style is perfect; fun, laid-back and informative. You can be assured that you will leave the beach with having had the best day on the water with ONDA.
